A special note about your email address

Many of our subscribers sign up to receive our newsletter using a free email address, such as hotmail or gmail.

If you have joined one of our programs, such as Get Started in Property, where much of your content is delivered by email, please ensure that you use an email address with reliable delivery.  Many of the free email systems consider a lot of emails to be spam, so you may have issues receiving email from us.

If you have joined a program but have not heard from us, please Contact Us to ensure that our emails to you are getting through to your inbox.  Rest assured, we will never rent or sell your email address to anyone.

I've paid to attend an Affluencia event and now I can't make it.  What can I do? 

If you pay to attend an Affluencia event but are then unable to attend, unfortunately we do not provide refunds.  However, you are welcome to nominate another person to attend in your place provided you give Affluencia at least 48 hours prior notice.  If you have any questions, please Contact Us

Yes.  Affluencia has implemented encryption and user protection systems using industry-standard SSL encryption.  This means sections of the web site, such as the checkout and payment pages, are encrypted using the same methods used by banks and online shopping web sites.  Encryption means data sent from your web browser is encrypted before it is sent to Affluencia to reduce the chance of any information being used fraudulently.

You can confirm if the web page you are viewing is encrypted by a lock icon displayed in your browser.  Usually the lock is displayed in the bottom right of the browser window. 

To view further information about the type of encryption Affluencia is using, double click on the lock icon and detailed information about Affluencia, the organisation who verified our certificate, and the strength of the encryption should be displayed.  Please refer to your web browsers manual for further information regarding SSL and how your web browser uses it.

Error Messages on Affluencia.com

There are many different computers and pieces of internet browsing software available.  Making sure all of them work is a tricky job.  Any assistance you can provide to Affluencia to assist us to fixing any issue is greatly appreciated.

If you are having problems with the Affluencia site, please contact us, telling us what type of internet browser you are using, your operating system (Windows XP/Vista/2000/95/Me, MacOS, Linux) and the exact error message you are receiving. 

It will help us diagnose the issue if you provide us with a screenshot of the error.
